Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2, 2026

Express Auto Glass Inc. (“Express Auto Glass,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use expressautoglassinc.com or contact us for auto glass service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

We collect only the information needed to quote, schedule, and complete your auto glass service:

  • Contact information — your name, phone number, email address, and service address (ZIP code for mobile service).
  • Vehicle information — year, make, model, body style, and which glass needs repair or replacement, including a VIN if you choose to provide one for exact part matching.
  • Service and payment records — quotes, appointments, invoices, and payment status. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Communications — text messages, emails, and call records related to your quote or appointment.
  • Basic website data — standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) used to keep the site secure and working.

How We Use It

  • Preparing your quote and matching the correct glass part for your vehicle.
  • Scheduling, confirming, and completing your appointment.
  • Sending service updates by text or email (see “Text Messages” below).
  • Processing payments and, where applicable, coordinating with your insurance company.
  • Meeting legal, tax, and warranty record-keeping obligations.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — such as our scheduling platform, payment processor, and messaging provider — and only as needed to serve you, or when required by law.

Text Messages

If you opt in to text messages when requesting a quote, we will text you about your quote and appointment (confirmations, reminders, arrival updates). Message frequency varies with your service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your service — we will reach you by phone or email instead. Your consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it.
  • Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for tax, warranty, or dispute purposes).
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Non-discrimination — we will never deny service or change pricing because you exercised a privacy right.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@expressautoglassinc.com or call (760) 573-2217. We will verify your identity (typically by matching your name and the phone number or email on file) and respond within 45 days.

Retention and Security

We keep service records for as long as needed to honor warranties and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Data is stored with reputable cloud providers, encrypted in transit, and access is limited to staff who need it to serve you.

Children

Our services are for vehicle owners and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted prominently.
