Once your quote is confirmed we send a Work Order Authorization. Signing it locks in your price, parts, and appointment window — your technician can’t be dispatched until it’s signed.
Submitting the form records a signed, dated, and time-stamped copy against your job. Those documents are stored securely and accessed only by Express Auto Glass personnel.
